Readily available products purchased from Pasta.com can be exchanged within 5 days only if the item is faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery. You must
notify us within 5 days of delivery by writing to email@example.com and calling at +9107000980. You will be required to email photographic evidence of the defective item to proceed with the exchange or return process. Replacement on domestic orders will be sent once the defective/faulty/damaged item is received by Pastau. Claims on all international orders will be dealt on a case-to-be case basis.
